UWGPSNJ, Urban League launch program for African American nonprofit leaders
With support from United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, the Urban League of Philadelphia and The Philadelphia African American Leadership Development Forum (PAALDF) are currently accepting applications for its second cohort. Click here to learn more and apply. Applications are due on February 2, 2018.
Piloted in 2017, the PAALDF is an innovative program designed specifically for African American nonprofit leaders. The program includes classic leadership training content and exposure to regional and national thought leaders in the nonprofit field. Braided into each session is a strong focus on the unique needs, perspectives, issues, opportunities and challenges of African American leaders.
