Alternative Break Citizenship Schools: The Future of Alternative Breaks – Jun 10-13
Posted by Break Away on May 25, 2021
The Alternative Break Citizenship schools (ABCs) are a one-of-a-kind opportunity to connect with other student + staff leaders around the country working in community-based learning programming. This year, the ABCs will explore the future of alternative breaks and their role in social justice movements.
The ABCs combine workshops and intensive planning sessions to help you develop an action plan for the 2021-2022 academic year and beyond. You can look forward to interactive workshops on social justice education and service-learning best practices, with processing time in a small group setting. The result is a dynamic conference combining learning in workshops with opportunities to foster connections with student + staff leaders from campuses nationwide.
