AEPHL Adult Education Services RFP
The Mayor’s Office of Education’s Adult Education Philadelphia (AEPHL) is seeking multiple providers to deliver adult education classes — including ESOL, ABE, HSE, digital literacy, family literacy, emerging literacy, disability support, and workforce readiness — to adults 16 and older in high-need Philadelphia neighborhoods. Providers may apply to offer one or more services and must demonstrate the ability to recruit and assess learners, deliver in-person and virtual instruction.

RESPONSE DEADLINE: No later than 5 pm Philadelphia Time on May 27, 2026. A complete proposal must be submitted by this time to be considered. Proposals in-process are incomplete.
