Accounting Clerk – Housing, Philadelphia Corporation for Aging
ACCOUNTING CLERK — HOUSING
Definition: Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Housing or the Housing Contracts Manager, the Accounting Clerk assists in the delivery of Housing services to consumers. Working cooperatively with other Housing staff, he/she prepares and prices work orders for environmental adaptations, equipment and repairs; maintains manual and electronic inventory control records and performs basic bookkeeping functions related to accounts payable. In addition, he/she performs secretarial duties in the Housing Department and provides back up for other support staff. Works independently with a minimum of supervision and guidance.
