2Gen Coordinator Community of Practice – Apr 16
Posted by Aspen Institute on April 13, 2021
Over the past decade, integration of various systems, services, and programs have increasingly been moved and managed by “2Gen Coordinators.” Though this title varies, 2Gen Coordinators are typically multidisciplinary agents of change working from within organizations and systems to breakdown silos, build relationships, link and optimize programs and funding, and shift paradigms through a 2Gen approach to improve social and economic mobility for families.
Ascend is expanding its 2Gen Coordinator Community of Practice (2GCCP) – which was initially designed in May 2019 for coordinators in state systems – to include 2Gen Coordinators who manage this work within local organizations and systems. If you know someone who fits this description and is interested in learning from these peer-to-peer opportunities, please contact Ascend’s Systems Change and Policy Analyst, Tiffany Day by Friday, April 16th.
