2023 Delphi Award Applications Now Open – Jul 14
Posted by American Association of Colleges and Universities on May 9, 2023
The annual Delphi Award, now in its sixth year, presents a $15,000 cash award to two universities annually that support non-tenure-track, contingent and/or adjunct faculty in pursuing strategic priorities such as student learning and community engagement.
Applications are now being accepted for the 2023 Delphi Award. Presented annually by the University of Southern California’s Pullias Center for Higher Education, in collaboration with AAC&U, this award recognizes two campuses for innovations in institutional support for non-tenure-track, contingent, and/or adjunct faculty as part of broader strategic commitments to equity, professional learning, and student learning and success. Winners of the Delphi award receive a $15,000 cash prize and the opportunity to share their exemplary work nationally.
Applications are sought from a wide range of groups at multiple levels who have made changes to support contingent, non-tenure-track, and/or adjunct faculty, including individuals and small groups as well as larger groups and organizations (e.g., associations, disciplinary societies, consortia). Above all, applications should demonstrate concrete changes that support contingent, non-tenure-track, and adjunct faculty.
Applications must be submitted by July 14.
