Position Summary
The Restorative Justice (RJ) Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for building and sustaining a restorative culture and systems across The Workshop School community. This role works directly with students, staff, and school leadership to prevent harm, repair relationships, and create the conditions for a thriving school community. The RJ Coordinator leads restorative interventions, coaches and trains staff, and collaborates with leadership to design and implement school-wide culture-building systems.
