We hope you’ll join us in celebrating the Philadelphia Education Fund’s 40-year legacy of expanding opportunities for students across the city to achieve success after high school. In honor of this milestone anniversary, we’re delighted to be hosting an evening gala event to honor the impact built over four decades while engaging in a forward-looking conversation about what the future of education demands and what is possible when we act together.
A Master Class on The Future of Education
For forty years, PEF has witnessed a powerful truth: education changes lives. Yet in a city that ranks last in the nation for economic mobility, even as demand for talent grows, an urgent question remains: how do we help Philadelphia’s young people build economically-mobile futures? This year our gala’s featured panel takes that question head on: what role must colleges and universities play in driving economic mobility, and are we doing enough?
