Program Manager, Experiential Learning, Junior Achievement

Posted by Junior Achievement of Southeastern PA on March 3, 2026

The Program Manager, Experiential Learning is an integral part of the delivery of our mission and will support the growth and expansion of key JASEPA initiatives. The unique position will support programs with nonprofit partners, business and education communities in Greater Philadelphia, Berks County, and the Lehigh Valley. The Program Manager, Experiential Learning upholds quality standards for the organization, assures adherence to program models and program expansion, and develops and maintains educator relationships at all levels. The primary focus will be implementing Junior Achievement (JA) Finance Park Mobile.

JA Finance Park is Junior Achievement’s experiential learning program for personal financial planning and career exploration. This program, comprising a curriculum and a simulation, helps students build a foundation on which they can make intelligent financial decisions that last a lifetime, including decisions related to income, expenses, savings, and credit. This educator-led classroom curriculum culminates with a visit to JA Finance Park: real world learning experience where students engage with volunteers and put into practice what they have learned by developing a personal budget. This revolutionary state-of-the-art mobile facility is created with portable, custom-built “pop-ups” that break down to fit into a van, and travel to locations across Southeastern PA. On location, the pop-ups are set up together to display JA Finance Park, a simulated city for practicing budgeting. Storefronts included in the mobile experience can be banks, hospitals, restaurants, retail stores, museums, city halls, and much more.
