Adjunctions, the platform dedicated to connecting and supporting adjunct and non-tenured faculty, has announced a new collaboration with OneHE, the global learning community for higher education. This collaboration will expand professional development opportunities and strengthen adjunct career pathways, furthering Adjunctions’ mission to uplift adjuncts and the institutions they serve.

Adjunct faculty make up more than half of the higher education workforce, yet many face limited access to resources, training, and recognition. By integrating OneHE’s global library of microlearning resources into the Adjunctions platform, adjuncts can gain new skills, pursue micro-credentials, and connect with peers—all while accessing more teaching opportunities through Adjunctions’ smart matching system.
