This session invites nonprofit leaders to share how they’re navigating external pressures like tightening budgets, shifting DEI priorities, and changing political and funding environments. It’s a peer-to-peer space to explore current challenges and emerging solutions. Praxis will share a framework for how to lead during times of uncertainty, including how to attend to staff morale, and we invite participants to share their best practices.
