Utilizing Service-Learning Practices for Creative Design Improvements, will be published by IGI Global in 2025. This book aims to explore the transformative impact of service-learning practices on creative design processes, particularly in addressing critical societal challenges such as environmental sustainability, social equity, and access to education and healthcare.

We are seeking contributions in the form of chapters, case studies, or research articles that highlight innovative practices, successful collaborations, and impactful outcomes at the intersection of service-learning and creative design. Contributions from your organization would not only enhance the academic rigor of the book but also help to amplify your voice within the broader discourse on service-learning.

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before October 6, 2024, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by October 20, 2024 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters of a minimum of 10,000 words (word count includes references and related readings) are expected to be submitted by January 10, 2025.
