Job Description

WOMEN’S WAY is looking for a proactive, independently motivated individual to support the Director of the Gender Wealth Institute (GWI) in conducting all GWI programs and activities and support the Chief Impact Officer in managing WOMEN’S WAY Donor Management system. This role would be perfect for a person who knows how to develop and improve processes, improve programs through program evaluation, manage relationships, and coordinate and execute multiple projects at once.

Gender Wealth Institute (GWI)

In 2021, WOMEN’S WAY launched the Gender Wealth Institute whose mission is to close the gender wealth gap in the Greater Philadelphia region by advancing research and practical solutions that build wealth for women experiencing economic insecurity. This is being accomplished through three key activities: convening, innovating, and mobilizing.
