Lineage Foundation for Good invites applications for food insecurity and food waste reduction initiatives
The mission of the Lineage Foundation for Good is to reduce food waste and fight food insecurity by developing a dynamic, real-time, and global link between those who commercially produce our food and the individuals, families, and communities who need it most.
The foundation recently launched its first grant application program to support organizations and initiatives that address hunger, reduce food waste, and develop communities. In addition to focus area alignment, grant applications will be evaluated to ensure they will successfully measure impact through selected social outcomes, create opportunity, and expand access for historically ignored communities and populations.
Grant size will vary depending on the needs, the program proposed by the organization, and available funding.
To be eligible, applicants must be a United States-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing with the IRS or an international NGO.
For complete program guidelines and application instructions, see the Lineage Foundation for Good website.
Deadline: May 25, 2023
