Are you passionate about  keeping children out of adult jails and prisons? Youth Sentencing & Reentry Project (YSRP) seeks a full-time Program Coordinator to support our efforts to end youth incarceration in PA.

YSRP seeks a full-time Program Coordinator to support programs and activities across YSRP’s holistic case advocacy model, while ensuring the quality and accuracy of all YSRP case advocacy data. This is a central position for our eight person case advocacy team and will support our efforts to end youth incarceration in Pennsylvania.

Position Description:

The Program Coordinator works collaboratively with YSRP staff and client-partners to support activities across YSRP’s holistic case advocacy model. The Program Coordinator will employ a collaborative, team-based approach with YSRP colleagues to support activities and project management for all YSRP case advocacy programs. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of all YSRP case advocacy data. The Program Coordinator is a full-time, exempt, staff position that reports to YSRP’s Director of Advocacy. The Program Coordinator’s role is critical in implementing YSRP’s comprehensive case advocacy model, which seeks to lessen the duration and impact of adult criminal sentences on children and families in and around Philadelphia.
