“People & Place” describes an attempt to turn a profession in a more community-based direction. “Intergenerational Collaboration at Appalshop” is a ground-level look at one of my favorite grass-roots
media organizations. “Communities Engaged in Resisting Violence” explores ground-level examples of community-based violence prevention. “Exploring Area Health Education…” shows another attempt at turning a profession in a more community-based direction.
