Webinar encourages college saving among African Americans
The Pennsylvania Treasury has posted an online seminar for African American families who are thinking about college for their children on the web for viewing at any time.

The presentation for African American families with children aged 13 and under discusses how a 529 Guaranteed Savings Plan can help families save up to 50% of college costs including tuition, room & board, books and more. Accounts can be open with as little as $25 and contributions can be made by family and friends as well.
