Request for Proposals: General Adult Education and Digital Literacy – Sep 19

The Office of Children and Families (OCF) Adult Education seeks to provide adult education classes tailored to the needs of Philadelphia neighborhoods. This contract(s) is focused on funding for adult education providers to offer classes in high need areas, tailored to community needs such as family literacy, re-entry, English for speakers of other languages, basic education, job readiness and digital literacy. The purpose of this investment is to provide a data-driven and holistic set of services for adult learners.
Deadline to submit proposals is September 19, 2022 at 5:00 PM.
