    Fab Youth Philly supports youth-serving organizations through a variety of consulting services, connects youth development professionals to training and networking and innovates original programming for children & teens.

    We are an organization that is working to apply a trauma informed lens to all of the work we do, and we are working to dismantle and to avoid perpetrating white-supremacist culture. We are welcoming to people who are formerly incarcerated.

    All three of these clearances are required: Criminal background, Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprints (if they have been completed between October 1, 2017 and October 1, 2021 we can accept them.)

    Position Summary:

    Fab Youth Philly is seeking to hire an exceptional youth development professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to support, oversee and grow our youth programming. The Youth Programs manager will be responsible for oversight of our Play Captains and Safety Captains Out-of-School Time (OST) youth programs, as well as other programing such as Skills for a Fab Life, Fab Biz Lab, and more. This includes but is not limited to: supervising and goals-setting with staff, providing professional development to staff; curriculum development and facilitation of workshops and training; youth recruitment and engagement; partnership development and management; attend meetings in place of the Executive Director;  and contribute to reports and data collection. They will provide supervision and coaching to between 2-10 adult staff.
