College Saving Account Program (CSA)
Posted by UESF on October 6, 2020
UESF has been in operation for over 35 years, our focus has always been to provide services to Philadelphia residents to keep them stable in housing.
For the College Saving Account Program (CSA) we enroll senior high school or college freshman students to begin saving for postsecondary education goals. Working in collaboration with the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southeastern New Jersey (UWGPSNJ), we ask the student and families to save $500 towards the contribution. UWGPSNJ will match $3 for every $1 saved up. Giving the student $1500 in addition to their $500, totaling $2000 total towards tuition and fees, books and supplies or test prep courses (If still in high school).
