Webinar: Interested But Not Enrolled: Understanding and Serving Aspiring Adult Learners Sep 16
Posted by Strada Education Network on September 15, 2020
Even before COVID-19, adults considering going back to school faced many uncertainties, plus a higher education system not designed for their needs. With the massive disruptions caused by the pandemic, what do these aspiring adults think now?
Strada Center for Consumer Insights researchers compare today’s data to 2019 to see what has — and hasn’t — changed. Through the Public Viewpoint Survey, American adults answer key questions: What do they need? What worries them? What are their interests? A panel of experts will discuss these insights and share their experiences about how postsecondary leaders and policymakers can serve these aspiring students.
Since March, Strada has surveyed more than 17,000 Americans to gain first-hand insight into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on individuals’ lives, work, and education. The survey is designed to provide insights to the education and training providers, policymakers, employers, and individual Americans who are navigating the crisis.
Date and Time: Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2-3 p.m.
