When people ask you “What did you do this summer?” What will you say?
12 Weeks, 10 Sessions, 2 Coaching Sessions:
- Why focus on me?
- What is my racial identity?
- How are my actions racist?
- How does racism affect our bodies?
- What is structural racism?
- What is white culture?
- How do I perpetuate white supremacy?
- How do I avoid centering myself?
- What is my plan to continue this work?
The 12-week session pilot includes:
- Facilitated learning and discussion
- Ten (10) two-hour EMERGE group interactive virtual sessions
- Two (2) individual coaching sessions with a facilitator

- Peer dialogues with EMERGE partners to build habits
