Making the Transition to Virtual Mentoring – Apr 30

Physical Distancing doesn’t have to mean Social Distancing! In response to the social restrictions employed during the pandemic, many mentoring programs are considering changes to their policies and procedures to include virtual mentoring as a primary or intermediate method of communication for mentoring matches.
In this hour we’ll use E-mentoring best practices as a base for a discussion on considerations for programs interested in making this transition.
Intended audience: mentoring program staff, board members, and stakeholders.
