FY 19-20 School Partner Agreement (SPA) is LIVE!

The FY 2019-20 School Partner Agreement (SPA) is now available for school-based partners. The SPA is the District’s first legal agreement that can be executed online through Docusign. This makes the process of completing fully-executed agreements streamlined and simplified, while ensuring compliance with the District’s policies and procedures. It will only take about 10-20 minutes to complete!
It is a requirement for all external programs operating in schools to have a legal agreement on file with the District. If your program operates in District schools at no cost to the District or schools, the SPA may be right for your program!
Most partners, including those with a FY 2018-19 SPA should renew their legal agreement annually.
