Join us to discover creative approaches to workforce development such as apprenticeships, industry partnerships, and worker training from leading industry experts. Following a keynote presentation, our panel will discuss how they are building talent pipelines with strategies that address hiring needs and barriers.

Keynote Presentation
Leah Jewell, Managing Director, Career Development and Employability, Pearson

Leah is responsible for strategy and product development for employability learning solutions for high school, higher education, and adult lifelong learners. She is specifically focused on accelerated skills pathways to industry credentials that go beyond the traditional “for-credit” courses and include solutions for employers, workforce education, alternative credential models, and institutional solutions around college and career readiness. Leah is also responsible for managing large industry association partnerships and connecting employers to academia. Leah is focused on gathering customer insights in order to build valuable, competitive solutions, and defining learner outcomes and collecting the data to support efficacy.
