Knowing how to leverage your personality strengths and weaknesses can help you be more effective at work and propel your career. In this one- hour workshop, Kyle Hanlan, who teaches in the Leadership program at Penn State, will give you a new perspective on how you interact with others in the workplace based on your personality traits. Professor Hanlan will give an overview of tool for evaluating personality types, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and discuss how being aware of personality traits in yourself can help you deal with workplace conflict and communication. A light lunch will be provided.
