Clarifi is recruiting volunteer financial coaches for its inaugural Boot Camp for Entrepreneurs! In partnership with the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), Clarifi will offer a six-month, intensive financial coaching program for established business owners and we need your help.

Clients will focus on creating revenue and expense tracking, formalizing business processes, eliminating debt and improving their credit. These PIDC clients seek to meet these goals and reshape their lives through Clarifi business counseling and volunteer coaching! This year, Clarifi is renewing its commitment to redress the Racial Wealth Gap and support entrepreneurs of color in the Philadelphia area.

Coaches motivate clients and act as a sounding board for support on a monthly basis. Best yet, no financial experience is necessary! Volunteer financial coaches will receive comprehensive training to learn tools and skills to guide a client’s journey in following an action plan. Volunteers should have a desire to learn coaching concepts, commit to six (6) months of coaching and the ability to remain positive and culturally sensitive. Come committed and ready to learn and we will give you the tools you need to help your client succeed!
