Light Refreshments will be served following the trek!
Join current and past members of PowerCorpsPHL on a two-mile trek starting and ending at the Concession Stand at Edgely Field, through Mount Pleasant, an 18th century estate sitting over the Schuylkill River. PowerCorpsPHL members will lead the trek, identifying plant and tree species along the way, and showcasing rain gardens and other environmental service projects they’ve completed in the area over the past five years.
Guided treks will leave from the Concession Stand every 15 minutes between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Guided trek is 1.5 miles, with the option to walk back to the Concession Stand (for a total of 2 miles overall), or ride the shuttle back.
