Request for Proposals Opportunity for Adult Education Courses at Community Schools.
The Request for Proposals invites current adult education providers to continue their partnership with the program, and invites new adult education providers experienced in providing classroom based ABE, ASE and ESL services to apply. Applicants must recruit and register learners, administer standardized pre-and post-assessments, schedule courses, and provide instruction for adults in need of literacy services at City of Philadelphia designated community schools during the 2018-2019 academic year.
