Small Grants Program
Posted by Clif Bar Family Foundation on October 23, 2017
The Clif Bar Family Foundation is accepting applications for its Small Grants program.
Through the program, the foundation will award general support grants of up to $7,000 as well as funding for specific projects in one or more of its five focus areas: promoting Earth’s beauty and bounty; creating robust, healthy food systems; increasing opportunities for outdoor activity; reducing environmental health hazards; and building stronger communities.
Preference will be given to organizations that demonstrate clearly defined objectives and viable plans to achieve them, and that have strong community ties and operate at the community level. Organizations also must promote positive change through both the project and the implementation process.
To be eligible, applicants must be considered tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and support at least one of the foundation’s five focus areas.
See the Clif Bar Family Foundation for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
Deadline: February 1, 2018
