RFP for Project Manager, Rebuild Initiative

City Council issued an RFP for a Project Manager to consult with and make recommendations to Council members about Rebuild projects, including selected sites, condition of sites, costs for improvements and more. Respondents should have at least 5-7 years of project management experience and an understanding and proficiency in construction projects, including architecture and engineering. Interested? The optional pre-proposal conference will be held at City Hall, Room 576, on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
Proposals must be submitted electronically by 5 p.m. (EST) on October 3, 2017.
Rebuild is a $500 million investment in neighborhood parks, recreation centers and libraries. Rebuild will improve public spaces, empower and engage communities, and promote diversity and economic opportunity in the design and construction industries.
