Oxford Circle Christian Community Development Association (OCCCDA) seeks Group Leaders for Afterschool Program
Time: 3-6 pm
Schedule: 5 days, Weekly Mon-Fri.
Location: Carnell Elementary School, 1100 Devereaux Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111
Responsibilites:
• Help maintain a safe, clean and quality program
• Supervise daily activities of children specifically in regards to assigned group
• Establish positive relationships with all staff, program participants and their families
• Be a positive and compassionate role model
• Follow direction of teacher(s) and daily schedule provided by Program Coordinator
• Assist children with instruction, activities and other assigned learning activities
• Use positive behavior reinforcement
• Follow discipline and structure for program
Qualifications: Interest in working with children, experience working with children in urban setting preferred
