We would like to invite your organization, program/group to participate in IDAAY’s African American Knowledge Competition!
Overview
In recognition of Black History Month, beginning in 1996, this project was developed as a teaching tool to educate and empower the youth throughout the IDAAY system and the broader community about African American history.
It aims to assist youth (ages 10-17) acquire a more comprehensive and in depth knowledge of themselves and of their potential in continuing the legacy of African American contributions to society throughout history.
