The Arlen Specter Center for Public Service at Philadelphia University will host an endowed panel discussion entitled “Traumatic Brain Injuries and the Ethics of Being a Sports Fan.” This forum will focus on the issue of head injuries sustained by athletes and the ethical questions faced by those supporting sports which can lead to such injuries.
