A safe sapce for educators to discuss, collaborate, and develop tangible solutions in the following areas:
– cultural competence and privilege
– creating and maintaining and ideal classroom
– developing engaging lessons in a student-centered classroom
– sensitivity to trauma
– teachers as self-reflecting and introspective learners
