If you’re a new executive director (within 2 years), you can’t waste time building your confidence, nor that of the board, staff and other key stakeholders in your abilities. You need to quickly demonstrate your proficiency in so many vital aspects of management, while establishing important relationships.
In addition to expert instruction, you’ll benefit from a round table discussion among new executives and move forward with your plans to move your organization forward.
Fee: $69 for Members/$75 for Non-Members
