Employment Training Specialist, Community Integrated Services

Community Integrated Services is a non-profit agency that helps enable people with disabilities to become fully integrated into and involved in their communities. Our focus is to support people as they find and keep jobs in the community.

We are searching for Employment Training Specialists. This position assists consumers at their place of employment. Must have a car and able to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties. We are looking for people who have had interesting and varied experiences in their life or work. If any of the statements below applies to you, you may be the person we are looking for.

• Do you have a degree in Education or teaching experience?
• Can you think and work creatively in varying types of positions?
• Are you able to work with young adults who are attending college and/or technical schools?
• Are you bilingual, English/Spanish? Do you know American Sign Language?

Qualifications:

• Must possess good organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must be able to handle flexible work arrangements
• Willing to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties
• Must possess a valid drivers’ license and have access to a reliable vehicle
• Must have computer access and cell phone
