Project HOME is seeking an experienced, compassionate Certified Peer Specialist to join our Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) team. In this role, you will provide peer-based recovery support to individuals living with opioid use disorder and other complex behavioral health and social needs, helping them navigate recovery while overcoming barriers related to healthcare, housing, employment, education, and community resources.
Working within Project HOME’s integrated healthcare model, you’ll partner with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, nurses, social workers, and care managers to deliver coordinated, person-centered care that promotes long-term recovery and wellness.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced peer professional who thrives in an autonomous, relationship-driven role and is passionate about helping others achieve recovery.
