Join Robert Schnoll, PhD, an associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania, and Ryan Coffman, MPH, CHES, CTTS-M, the Tobacco Policy and Control Program Manager for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, as they discuss the public health problem of high tobacco use among mental health populations.
