The Practice Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to Congreso’s Health Care Services Division. The Practice Administrator will focus on six programmatic functions which will include: 1) Contract Compliance; 2) Auditing; 3) Licensure; 4) Billing; 5) Database Management/Quality Assurance; 6) Administrative Functions and Operations of the Health Center.
Minimum Education:
Master Degree Public Health, Health Services Administration or Bachelors in lieu of Master’s with 7 years exp. in the health care field.
Minimum Experience:
3-7 yrs. of administrative exp. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications required. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Demonstrates customer service commitment. Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to prioritize work. Ability to work independently and supervise staff. Proven team player. Ability to make decisions within scope of position.
