The Partnership CDC, a nonprofit community development corporation, is seeking an experienced construction professional to manage commercial and single- and multi-family development projects in West Philadelphia. Applicant must have experience dealing with City of Philadelphia funded housing programs. Experience with state and federally funded programs programs is a plus. Minimum BA/BS plus minimum 3 years experience required.
