Grants to Help Ease the Transition of Students Switching Schools & Relocating
The Parent Relocation Council is granting scholarship awards for high school seniors who have demonstrated an ability to overcome difficulties during their family?s relocation. Awards are based on an essay of up to 500 words and may be used to fund tuition, books, school fees, and room and board. Maximum Award: $2000. Eligibility: High school seniors graduating from school this academic year, proceeding to a two- or four-year college, and who have relocated in the past five years.
Deadline: May 15, 2006.
