Neighborhood Partnership Program
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development has issued new guidelines for the Comprehensive Services Program, known locally as the Philadelphia Plan. Renamed the Neighborhood Partnership Program, its increased flexibility reflects many of the issues raised by CDC and corporate partners during discussions organized by PNDC over the past year. Applications for the state’s next fiscal year are due by March 31, 2005.
