Important message from Barbara Lohse, Principal Investigator and Director, Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Program & Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Network

The FY 2006 RFA for the Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Program is now available on the Network website (<a href="http://www.panen.org">http://www.panen.org</a>). If not a currently funded project, interested parties must contact the PA NEP Management Entity on or before March 1, 2005 to indicate intent to apply (814-863-0074).

To access the RFA materials from the website, follow these instructions:

1. Click on the RFA link at the top of the Network homepage.
2. On the RFA Main Page, click on ?Proposal Information and Instructions?.
3. The materials referred to in the Proposal Information and Instructions are in the links under ?Appendices?. They include 1) form templates, 2) examples of selected completed forms, 3) PA NEP Track descriptions, and 4) the FY2005 FNS cost policy (2005 is latest version currently available).
