CDFI On-Line Training Opportunity

ANNOUNCEMENT! New CDFI On-Line Training Opportunity Offered to Organizations Working to Fight Poverty in their Communities
Free to qualified organizations.
In October 2003, the School of Community Economic Development at Southern New Hampshire University will begin a new series of on-line training offerings to support and train community organizations towards the preparation of successful applications to the CDFI Fund in Washington, DC which provides capital for innovative projects such as: Community Development Credit Unions, Community Development Corporations, Community Banks, Affordable Housing Organizations, other interested non-profits.
The three Courses Offered are as follows and will be repeated 3 times:
October 2003 – How to Conduct a Market Analysis
November 2003 – How to Prepare Financial Projections
December 2003 – How to Develop & Manage a Community Development Lending Program
January 2004 – How to Conduct a Market Analysis (repeats)
February 2004 – How to Prepare Financial Projections
March 2004 – How to Develop & Manage a Community Development Lending Program
April 2004 – How to Conduct a Market Analysis
May 2004 – How to Prepare Financial Projections
June 2004 – How to Develop & Manage a Community Development Lending Program
A new cycle begins every three months.
