BarberShop will discuss this year’s conference theme, “Black Men Turn Up: Moving Dreams to Plans, Visions to Reality and Communities to Action” and will address how our community of black men, inter-generationally, can assist one another in thinking and re-evaluating where they are as men, co-workers, lovers, husbands, fathers, brothers, and sons in a health and developmental manner (Madhubuti, 2004). In honor of our first moderator, E. Steven Collins, we will be unveiling the new name …E’s BarberShop Talk.
