Learn About Legal Careers and Why Civics Matter
What is it like to be a police officer?
How do you become a lawyer?
What exactly do paralegals do?
Why are civics important?

Meet police officers, judges, lawyers and other legal professionals who will give you the inside scoop on what it’s like to uphold the law on the street and in the courtroom, as well as how legal careers affect your everyday life and the importance of civics.

Enjoy interactive activities including role-playing in a legal drama and lunch with guest speakers, where you’ll be able to ask questions and find out more about the legal field.

Meet College students from the Paralegal and Justice programs and find out how to get on the path to a degree and career in these and related fields.

Activities will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the College’s Main Campus at 1700 Spring Garden Street in the Winnet Student Life Building, Room S2-19.

To participate, contact Linda Hibbs, Esq., Assistant Professor, Paralegal Studies, at lhibbs@ccp.edu or 215-751-8908.
