The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), is a private, non-profit national organization dedicated to finding a cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. CCFA sponsors basic and clinical research of the highest quality, offers a wide range of educational programs for patients and health care professionals, and provides supportive services to patients and family members.
CCFA seeks a dynamic, driven and skilled multi-tasker to implement educational programs for patients and professionals. Candidates should have experience implementing programming and working with volunteer committees in the delivery of patient, support and professional programs. This dedicated professional will be responsible for the development, implementation, budgeting, evaluation and ongoing execution of education in Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Southern New Jersey.
Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of success delivering educational materials in multiple forms and experience in vendor management & evaluations of programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years relevant experience and a BA/BS degree. An advanced degree in a field of health communications, science, social service, public health, health advocacy or education preferred (i.e.; MPH, MSW or related degree). Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.
