Credit Workshop!!
Entrepreneur Works is partnering with The Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Delaware Valley to host a Credit Workshop
Wednesday March 30th at our office at 6:30pm!
111 S. Independence Mall East, Suite 810. Philadelphia, PA 19106
Length of Workshop: 1.5 hours
Entrepreneur Works continues to offer workshops and classes needed by savvy entrepreneurs. The purpose of our credit workshop is to help participants understand the importance of using credit responsibly, and to make them aware of the factors lenders use to determine their creditworthiness. Participants leave the session with information on how to obtain, read and correct information on the credit report, they also learn about the steps they can take to improve their credit scores. Participants who need help fixing their credit can receive a certificate that provides them with a free credit counseling session with CCCS.
Learning Objectives:
* Learn about the various agencies who have access to your credit report and why
* Identify the components of the credit score
* Learn how to improve your score
* Know your rights as they relate to your credit report and score
* Learn about how long negative information can legally remain on your credit report
* Learn about how credit card reform will impact cardholders
* Learn how to protect yourself from becoming a victim of identity theft
