Project H.O.M.E.’s Annual Report
Posted by on January 17, 2011
In just 20 years, Project H.O.M.E. has developed and operates nearly 500 units of supportive housing in Philadelphia – from safe havens for people that have experienced chronic homelessness to transitional and permanent housing – at 12 residences across the city. The supportive housing programs promote recovery with an end goal of residents achieving their fullest potential through living, working, learning and participating in meaningful ways in the community. At every stage of this process, residents have access to a range of supportive services that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual. Services
include comprehensive case management, addictions counseling, supported employment, job training, educational opportunities, and health care.
